Half Yearly Laboratory Self Audit
Use of the downloaded forms
Self audits of laboratory EHS issues and first aid kits must be carried out on a half-yearly basis. The completed forms must be returned to the Departmental Manager, with dates and signatures on completion of the audits. Laboratory or area supervisors must rectify any shortcomings or deficits uncovered by the audits.
