Online Registration - now closed. Registrations will be available at the conference registration desk.

The workshop program commences at 8:00 am on Tuesday, the 29th of November. Ideally registrants should arrive on Monday, the 28th of November.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Welcome Reception - On Nov 29th, the Tuesday evening, the official welcome function will be held at Government House and will be hosted by the Governor of Victoria, John Landy. Please be advised that only delegates who have indicated they will attend this function will receive admission cards for Government House, which will be given to you at registration. Entrance to Government House is not permitted without a card for security reasons. Buses will depart the workshop venue immediately after the last session on Tuesday for a 6.30pm start. Local delegates can drive and park within the grounds, but you will not be permitted into the grounds of Government House without an admission card. Buses will return to The Rydges Carlton Hotel at 8.00pm. Dress for this function will be business attire.

Conference Dinner - Friday Dec 2nd. The dinner will be the final closing event of the meeting and will feature presentations of awards and accollades, live music and entertainment, a three course meal and beverages. Buses will depart from the Rydges Carlton Hotel at 6.45pm and will return at the end of the function. You must prebook this function. Please contact the secretariat to do so if you wish to attend (sv@asnevents.net.au)

Accommodation - this is a busy time in Melbourne and accommodation is rapidly filling. Please contact the secretariat to book if you have not already done so. Rooms cannot be guaranteed after Nov 6th.

The Combined International meeting of ASI and International HLA and Immunogenetics Group will be held follow the IHI Workshop from 4 - 8th December 2005 at the Carlton Crest Hotel, Melbourne, Victoria. Delegates will be able to register for all or part of this combined meeting on the same online form as the IHI Workshop registration, and considerable discounts apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If notice is received before October 28th, a full refund less a $AUD100 administration fee will be made. After that date, no refund is available but registration can be transferred to another person.

INSURANCE

The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
